Orders above $200 AUD qualify for free international shipping.
Domestic shipping in Australia is free!

Orders under $200 AUD are charged a flat rate of $15 to be shipped globally (Unfortunately, overseas shipping from Australia is very expensive; however, we have decided to pass on only a portion of this cost to the customer; the remainder is covered by SANCTUS).

Please note: SANCTUS' prices do not include local sales tax/VAT - If the value of your order exceeds your local toll free limit, extra fees might be applied for import taxes/custom duties upon delivery. SANCTUS does not reimburse these charges.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore we work hard to provide the best items possible. If you are not totally happy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 12 days of receiving your item.

Clothing must be returned within 12 days of receipt.

Clothing must be unworn and unwashed.

Any clothing purchased at discount or on sale cannot be returned.

Please keep in mind that communicating with our support team is the initial step in any return. Email bhavnindersanghera@sanctussydney.com and our team will guide the consumer through the process of returning the item.

When we receive the package, we will inspect it to ensure that everything is in compliance with the store's return policy. Our customer service staff will contact you after verification, and you will receive a refund of the amount spent on the products.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
After we receive your return, we will complete your refund within 3 to 7 business days.
The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Customs fees and import duties/taxes are non-refundable.
